This carpet is loop style like the original and has the edge binding like the originals, it also has a nice modern backing underneath to help with comfort and sound proofing. Our proprietary design is tested and very accurate, the binding is precise and the cuts are form fitted. This carpet kit will work for 1970 cars as well, but the split in the trunk carpet will not be factory correct.
